At Origins World Foods, we strive to ensure every bite meets our high standards; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are typically only accepted for damaged or incorrect items. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim for a refund or replacement.
Return Process

Email our customer care team within 48 hours of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Our quality assurance team will review your request to verify the damage or error against our shipping logs and freshness standards.
- 3.Return Authorization
If a physical return is required, we will provide a prepaid shipping label; otherwise, we may instruct you to safely dispose of the perishable goods.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Once approved, we will either ship a fresh replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
